What does the athlete, parent, or coach need to provide?
You provide the athlete or team information, schedule, social accounts, photos, video, scores, stats, and context. We provide guidance on what to capture and a simple way to submit it.
How do I send photos and video?
You'll be provided a personal content submission portal, which will also be available on your personal dashboard. Use it whenever you have new media or an update to share.
How quickly are game recaps created?
Game and tournament recap requests target a 24-hour turnaround when the required scores, stats, media, and context are submitted promptly.
Do we approve every post before it goes live?
No. Prospect Makers handles creative decisions, scheduling, and posting so the process keeps moving. If a score, stat, date, or other important detail needs to change — or if a post is no longer applicable — you can submit a revise or delete request through the dashboard.
Will Prospect Makers post directly to our accounts?
